What is an advantage for Splitted Phono Amplifier Stage? It can maximize to eliminate the mutual interference between phono amplifier and power supply. 

So we designed and manufactured it, that  is a well-designed  HI-END vinyl phono stage that adopt a splitted power supply,although its appearance is not luxurious, simple and elegant, it has itself style. Most of the RC components for the phono amplifier used are imported one, the circuit layout is reasonable with sophisticated technology and process, double-sided fiberglass PCB, power supply board is a signal sided, and its multiple-stage amplification gains and impedance matched are adjustable.

This MC/MM phono amplifier is made of high quality imported components and parts, and tuned finely, as well as aged 10 hours above. After connecting the cables as the marked on the panels, it will work.

1.    Built-in the switch for changing MC/MM, MC gain and impedance input control inside, please set up it as your requirements as below. (it can be set up when it works).

Note: the unit had been set up as MM default when shipment.

Remark:
1). L / R channel will be set up with same when you set up them.

2). When you set up the gain and the impedance according your requirements, please open the top cover of the amplifier ( unscrew 4 pcs screws on the front and back panel, then you take the cover out).


2.    GND wire terminal of phono amplifier must be connected with the ground wire of phono player, which is shielded ground wire of phono for anti-interference, eliminating low-frequency noise. After the ground wire of phono player connected with GND wire terminal of phono amplifier as figure below, then connected audio cables of input and output between them.


3.    The phono player and phono amplifier are vulnerable to interference, so they need to try to stay away from sources of interference, such as amplifiers and other fields are generated with a transformer and objects.

Although many friends put a lot of money and efforts to preamplifier, unfortunately they may experiences a little frustration in final output. It is hardly difficult to solve this problem to use excellent pre-divider circuit of preamplifier plus multiple power amplifiers, our series of electronic crossover board and amplifier board can perfectly realize your dreams!

Crossover PCBA is constituted by renowned Linkwitz-Riley filter. Linkwitz-Riley filter, mainly for the active filter circuit, for example, it is used in many sophisticated multi-way electronic crossover systems. The characteristics of this filter is up to 4 stages attenuation slope, in other words, every one octave frequency sound energy will be attenuated 24dB, i.e. attenuation slope of -24dB / Oct (Oct ie Octave, an octave interval of the mean). Meanwhile, in the entire audio band (20Hz-20kHz), Linkwitz-Riley filter has a very flat phase response, which is far better than Butterworth filter after filter signal, no phase distortion, which is widely admired by audiophiles.

This PCBA of HIFI electronical crossover is refer to the ESP design company by US, which is set to four-channel stereo output structure to output left and right channel stereo signal, this is, output treble of left and right channel, bass of left and right channel, you can directly connect it with 4 channel amplifier circuits then drive your HIFI speakers. Pre-electronic crossover ensures original and natural sound through separated frequency of pre-amplifier small-signal, then drive power amplifier directly to push speakers, allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere of the studio's site.

What is a preamplifier? 

What is a preamplifier? It could be difficult to tell, the official explanation was below.

A preamplifier is the role of audio amplification, generally because audio signals are very small and cannot drive power amplifier directly, you must install a front voltage amplification circuit to amplify signal then drive power amplifier. Also, due to the diversity of input signals, such as input signal voltage level, as well as high and low input impedance, a preamplifier will fit to the strength of the input signal to set up a different magnification time. And if internal resistance doesn’t match between signal sourcing and amplifier, it makes to lose a dynamic frequency response, details! Besides adjusting the volume, active preamplifier also can be used for preliminary amplifier, reduce internal resistance difference between the signal sourcing and power stage, which is used as a buffer.

Finally, because varieties of users have various audio sources, output signal amplitude and impedance that less people actually study, there is a big difference at listening actual sounds, on the one hand it is audio output signal amplitude is different, on the other hand is internal resistance  mentioned above. This has created more songs we heard was substantially compress it’s dynamic, and detail is lost, frequency response is attenuated. Very apparently we were using computer or cell phone to connect power amplifier when listening to some music, it doesn't even feel to the low frequency and high frequency is not so bright small volume situation. No matter how good computer sound card and how good the sound system, it could not find the original tapes of the time!









Here, 6N2 tubes we used the most common one, we specifically tune the circuit for computer sound source without expensive components piled up, but a reasonable configuration, we choose the most suitable work point, and precisely matched the key components to ensure circuit work at the best.
